Global billing codes are going away. Your chart should already be ready.
The AMA is deleting the global obstetric codes (59400, 59510 and the rest) that maternity care has been billed under for thirty years. In their place, the four phases of care get reported separately. Practices still charting one bundled episode will feel it in January; SageWife already charts by phase.
